I have never ever seen any proof of a physical CD for Quake II, that cover was fan made years ago..

Now we could keep it like the 2 other quake cds, under the "bootleg" category, or not at all until someone can provide concrete informations.

edit: the data track just gives more doubts about an official music release, it's just a Redbook..
