1) What about Radical Dreamers exactly is unreleased? It's a a Satellaview/BS-X game.
2) Where did you get this nonsense from that CC is a "port" of RD?
3) And no, CC isn't a sequel to CT in the sense that it starts at the point where the CT timeline ends. However it connects to CT by continuing certain storylines, which were left unexplained.
I suggest you play the games again. Especially RD and CC.
