I don't find it's a fair system for second-hand sales
when you sell a vg to a shop (for example), it's the buyer (shop) who decides the price, not the seller (you could buy a game for 100€ and the shop BECAUSE it's no more brand new can buy it back at like 1/5 of its original value)
but from peer to peer, it's not regulated and the prices can be very or too high, it's not normal
the worst (maybe) is the online auctionnerz allow that sort of practice
