I honestly see no problem with that, seems more like a nitpick; however, if it would end up being a problem, then for that particular entry (and any other that is like that one) the multiple pages could be cropped into singles. Quite simple. Otherwise the abbreviation of Pg./pg. could still be used to avoid such circumstances, and in fact, I prefer that however unofficial or incorrect it may be, as it's quite practical.
