Yes, you could strike out one of the wildcard digits in my post. However, the last e-License barcode I recorded is 4580122120535 (which isn't actually in the 458012211XXXC range that GEPIR has listed as the sole range for the company). So knowing that this is the case, even if you narrow the suffix by moving from 8 to 9 digits, you still get multiple companies in your range (assuming that some company that isn't e-License does issue barcodes in the 458012212**** range that is higher than 4580122120535.)

There's not really a way to find the barcode for a specific release. You can only go in reverse, as in lookup a release from a barcode: https://itunes.apple.com/lookup?upc=...382&country=JP
