@Mac_Tear: atwiki.jp is a freely editable wiki site similar to e.g. wikia.com. Considering that it says the arranger of the two arranged pieces on the "PS1" soundtrack is unknown
while we do know that Masayuki Sakamoto did them I don't think there's new insight to be found there (no sourcing doesn't help).
