I added images for this one: case front and back (to replace the current low-res uploads), booklet (front, back, all pages), Obi, disc, tray, and lyrics insert (front, back, inside).
There is actually a 17th track (secret track) on this CD. I'm not sure what it is, but it's a full 4:25 long and has lyrics (male vocalist). I've submitted a new track list that includes this track and all the track lengths. Please delete the old track list.
