Default M3 event information
I have a general sense that M3 is like a TGS for the doujin scene, but would anyone have some further information about this type of event?

We list the Osaka M3 as being March.2009 and I think there's another M3 in Tokyo, so is this the Tokyo version (m3 #22) on the Oct.13 date shown here?

But the main page also shows a date of Nov.24.2008 for something, so I'm not sure if the Oct is a circle registration deadline date or something?
