I didn't see the anime but I assume the classic tracks are used in some spectacles on stage and when characters aren't playing there should be non-classic tracks

It's a magical girl anime mixed with ballet. There is no stage play or something. It uses themes and motifs of various ballets (mainly swan lake) and fairy tales and the classic pieces are used heavily. There is very little original music actually. So the 3 released soundtracks are pretty representative of the show's music.
That's why I bet this bonus disc will be a compilation of classic tracks.
