Default Masahiro Kajihara (#34)
The booklet of MIME, among many other of the projects he was involved in on PC-98, lists him as Masahiro Kajihara.

In his profile his name is also written かじはらまさひろ.

かじわら (Kajiwara) is a common misspelling I guess, but it's still wrong.
