Sadly, the CD booklet for this album doesn't list individual composers for each track. It just lists overall contributing composers for the CD: Masakazu Sugimori, Akemi Kimura, Noriyuki Iwadare, Toshihiko Horiyama, Shu Takumi.
It doesn't list Hideki Okugawa anywhere, not that I'm particularly arguing with Revoc.

Looking at the composition info for the soundtrack CDs I've come up with a rough list of which composers were responsible for each track. I doubt it's perfect, so that's why I'm just putting this in the discussion. Also I'm not yet familiar with the music of AA4. I don't have access to the soundtrack cds, so I don't know for sure if a particular composer didn't contribute a melody to any of the courtroom suites.

Arrangement for all tracks was done by Noriyuki Idaware.
Haruka Shimotsuki provided vocals for track 8.

Composition:
01 Housuke Odoroki ~ A New Trial is in Session!
Toshihiko Horiyama

02 Gyakuten Saiban 1~3 Courtroom Suite
Masakazu Sugimori, Akemi Kimura, Noriyuki Idaware

03 Toranosuke Shibakuzou ~ Swingin' Zenitora
Noriyuki Idaware

04 Godot ~ The Fragrance of Dark-Colored Coffee
Noriyuki Idaware

05 Great Revival ~ Reiji Mitsurugi
Akemi Kimura

06 Gyakuten Saiban 4 Courtroom Suite
Toshihiko Horiyama, Akemi Kimura, Shu Takumi

07 Villain Suite
Akemi Kimura, Noriyuki Idaware

08 Loving Guitar's Serenade
Shu Takumi

09 Mayoi Ayasato ~ Gyakuten Sisters' Theme
Masakazu Sugimori

10 Gyakuten Saiban 3 - End
Noriyuki Idaware

11 Oo-edo Soldier Tonosaman's Song
Masakazu Sugimori

12 Ryuuichi Naruhodou ~ Objection!
Masakazu Sugimori

I hope this is helpful. I'd be happy to hear any further input.
