Well, only one title for the display line is absolutely necessary, and with an average Japanese J-pop single, we already have Japanese and Romaji titles, so I don't think a translated title is necessary (for instance, nobody has added "Isn't it Wonderful?" to
this album yet, even though it's our current translation).
But yeah, I don't intend to argue about it at all. In fact, I've also sometimes used translated titles for the display line, but just wanted to know if that policy on the note field would also apply to the title field. Sorry for the confusion.
