That's super helpful, thanks!

I couldn't verify that Yokota was responsible for the SM3DL versions of 1.09 and 2.33. The tracks in the piano book he's credited for are "Beach Theme" (not in SM3DW), "Boom Boom Fight" (2.24), "Boo Waltz" (not in SM3DW), "Victory March" (2.29), "Bowser's Castle" (2.23), "Course Clear Fanfare" (not in SM3DW), and "World Clear Fanfare" (1.19). Dunno if there's another source for those two songs.

Yokota doing the "Super Mario 3D World Theme" comes from another piano book, so 2.39 and the almost-identical-through-the-first-loop 1.03 are solid. Unfortunately that's the only song from the game included.

Are you sure Hayazaki did the 3D Land main theme? I see it credited to Hama in the piano books.

Ryota Komatsu identified some other performers as well.

Bandoneon: Jun Hayakawa
Violin: Hitoshi Konno
Percussion: Tamao Fujii
Additionally, HIDE-HIDE (Hideki Ishigaki & Hideki Onoue) performed shakuhachi & shamisen.
