I corrected the wrong catalog number found on the website Otokichi Premium (however normally it is reliable) thanks to a picture from a recent auction. It's not LC25-5098, but LC28-5098. That's pretty small on the case side, but with the price of 2637 Yen, there's no doubt about the catalog number.
