I disagree since 2009-2012 was the time when he used a lot of samples (Kampfer and Mirai Nikki is where he used those even more iirc) instead of actual composing like nowadays, but to each his own i guess. One of his weaker scores (when it comes to action) imo but still a good one.
I believe his best score is Shokugeki no Soma. Free!, Buddy Complex, Luck & Logic and Fate/kaleid complete his top 5 imo.
