CRCA-20004: Fortune Quest L BGM Special Original Sound Track
In booklet for second soundtrack is difference in romanji name writting from Miho Ota to Miho Ohta.
There are even both version of name on same bookklet page - there is profile with picture of artist and name "Miho Ohta" and below is written SUS 4 are Mio Nemoto and Miho Ota like in first volume.
I added name versions as were written in booklet.
