Hideki Naganuma - it'd be nice to see him compose for more anime. He has done a remix for Gintama and two tracks (alongside supervision and executive production) for Air Gear, and having him playing a larger role of composing would be awesome

Wall5 Project - a group of composers who composed for two animes, Air Gear and Yu-Gi-Oh! 5Ds. They done a good job of blending anime music and JSR-inspired music

Tomonori Sawada - hasn't actually composed for a full fledged anime, but he did do music for the DS game Blazer Drive (some of his tracks are featured in the anime cutscenes)

Hideaki Kobayashi - has done work on three animes, but I think he should do more IMO
