I'm not so sure that's the sample used in Launch Base. It could be from anywhere.. it's just a generic "go" sample.
And the Ocarina of Time sample has been documented already. Still, huge props for documenting all these.
Biohazard 0 (Resident Evil 0)- "VELVET ENO" from "Spectrasonics: Distorted Reality 2" was used in "Epilogue" (not on any official soundtrack)
