Combining the credits, "Chinako" should be Chinatsu Okayasu of Tecmo. The album specifically credits them with composition, even though the games don't.

The track on
Game Music Concert 3 is credited to both Sato and Shimizu, so Sato did compose as well. The piece that was arranged for GMC3 is track 27 here, so we can assign composition to that one.

This game's title is commonly romanized as "Jyutei Senki."

Studio 401 is a somewhat mysterious sound unit credited in a few games, like
Magical Taruruuto-kun for the GB and
Super Play Action Football for the SNES.
Yoshiki Nishimura is registered with the Canadian Intellectual Property Office for Super Play Action Football, so he may be a part of Studio 401. It seems that "Uchu-Jin" is too.

This GMCL offshoot says that "Hi-Tech-Icchy" is the same person as "
T. Ichida," who worked on a few SNES Yu Yu Hakusho games (
he's credited as Namco Sound Staff on this album), and "1CH,"
who did music for Dragon Ball Z II for the NES (dead link now, sorry). TOSE had a hand in all of these games, but that's all I can really say about those associations. Super obscure guy(s).
