I will try to improve next list with clickable links to hearing some audio samples.
There is lot of great soundtrack. I am collecting Yoshihiro Ike, Yugo Kanno, Kenichiro Suehiro and Jun Ichikawa CD´s, but I also try to hear some other CD´s and found quite good new composer like Harumi Fuuki and Hideakira Kimura with clicking on audio samples(where available). You can check samples here - guite good groovy and orchestral writting.
