I'm pretty sure this is just the music as extracted from the game, the tracklist matches the order of the file names.
Apart from the Russian Episode Two CD, the only other (semi)official release I've seen is the download for AudioSurf on Steam, and it was combined with the Episode Two tracks there as well.
