1.21 I think they use おどけ here to describe the scene, so "playing the fool" would be a bit more exact. But I like to mimic the general "style" of the original, so I'd try to use single, descriptive word here, maybe "Tomfoolery".
5.9 "at" I guess, but since あいつ is pronoun-like in Japanese I don't it "that guy" sounds too good in English used in sentences like that.
2.19 Maybe leave it. I think "yahirono" is more of an style choice than a mistranslation though.
