The names of the arrangers are mostly just guesses on my part, it'll be hard to know for sure...

01 山本将士: could be Masashi Yamamoto (he doesn't mention the competition on his site, so not positive)

02 田口和行: this is his Twitter account; both his Twitter bio and the bio of Kazuyuki Taguchi on this page mention participation in the 57th Music Competition of Japan, so that should be the reading barring an incredible coincidence

08 村山貴英: Takahide Murayama, it seems

10 浜田雅和: possibly Masakazu Hamada, bassist of Horizon Dream, but unconfirmed

11 片山修志: possibly Shuji Katayama, keyboardist of Cheerful MonsterS, but unconfirmed

13 富田亮輔: no idea who this is, but he also performed at the Dog Ear Records Shinzoku Kaigi vol.1 event (犬耳家 親族会議vol.1) as part of the group hejmsopiro (ヘイムソピーロ), along with Kou Ogata, Taichi Hiyama (檜山太一), and Toshi Bodhran (トシバウロン); here's a video. EDIT: Just found this report of the Dog Ear Records event. Near the bottom, there's a picture of a program signed by the members of hejmsopiro and Cellythm (who also performed). 富田亮輔 is Ryosuke T.

16 覚幸純也: is this guy. Given name is definitely Junya, family name unknown.

17 早坂匠: has apparently done sound for some cell phone games for the company G-mode, including the Pierre no Daibouken and mystia series

19 片山広樹: may be drummer for the band Straw Waltz (swz), family name Katayama.

Good luck with the rest. 8)

Nice detective work CHz (:

About the bonus disc, while I guess the arrangements are quite good overall, there have been so many FF arrange CDs over the years and it's hard to say that this one stands out. The track-selection isn't the most varied either.

Should all of the unconfirmed romanizations be removed from the album notes? They differ from the speculations in https://vgmdb.net/forums/showpost.ph...42&postcount=2

(People copy-paste VGMdb data everywhere, so unconfirmed romanizations end up propagating everywhere.)
