ah I see

that thing should be discussed further because in that thread the "english" thing could be confusing only because some members had added direct translations without submitting japanese first, that should be mandatory (but if no jap, so "eng") to add a jap tracklist before any romanized/translated tracklists
that should even be added in the "add a tracklist" notes and possibly in a way you can't miss it (like in a different color)
