A lot of research has been done for this OST in the past year, so I'm going to dump the research finds here.

Martin O'Donnell:
Appears to have written the more cinematic tracks in the game. While Power of Seven were initially involved with the soundtrack, it seems him and Salvatori took over these duties towards the end of the game's development. "Oni Anime" and "Farewell" are explicitly confirmed as his compositions on the Oni website, while "Hurry" was casually confirmed as his in a 2004 interview and the sheet music was included in the now removed Bandcamp OST, crediting both him and Salvatori.

"Loss" shares the same orchestral style as the other confirmed tracks. While "Searching", "The Hunt" and "End Titles" are not orchestral, they resemble some of his more beat-based compositions.

Michael Salvatori:
It's unclear if he actually co-wrote the tracks with O'Donnell or just engineered/produced/arranged them. They have worked closely over the years so I assume roles may vary on specific tracks.

Paul Sebastien:
The owner of Power of Seven, Sebastien's audio company that composed the themes to games such as Marathon 2. He composed "Trailer", which he confirmed as his in email correspondence last month. While he apparently composed more tracks, I'm not sure if they made it into the game, as most of the other dance tracks are already confirmed to be Brian Salter and the remaining ones sound more like Salter's work. MP3.com lists an "NVerse" as part of PoS along with Salter and Kim Cascone, which is likely referring to him.

Brian Salter:
A composer whom Sebastien contracted as part of Power of Seven; both previously worked together at Thomas Dolby's audio startup Headspace/Beatnik. Several dance tracks have been confirmed as his work: "Konoko Chase", "Whirled Piece", "Oni Fever", "East Wind" and "Pursuit" appeared in remixed forms on his 2005 album Missing Scenes. In recent email correspondence, he explicitly confirmed he composed these tracks, as well as "No One Left to Trust", an unused track that was omitted from the OST.

"Fight" and "Internal Space" are likely Salter's works too. "Ambient Suite" features similarities to some of Salter's other ambient works, such as "Then the Moon Fell" from Missing Scenes, which features a very similar bell sequence at 0:12-0:31 to said track's 2:47-3:11.

Despite composing several tracks for the game, he was not credited in-game.

Kim Cascone:
A contracted sound designer, who also formerly worked at Headspace with Sebastien and Salter. He did not compose any tracks, but Sebastien recalls he was involved with sound effects such as gun shots. He did not receive in-game credit either.

===============================================

Overall, it seems that the two main composers here were Martin O'Donnell (TotalAudio) and Brian Salter (Power of Seven), with the former focusing on cinematic tracks and the latter focusing on upbeat battle themes.
