Should I add the name and length of the bonus track (obtained by paying $3.33) to the notes section?

The Steam version of the album has different song names... Should I create a new tracklist for the Steam version, or a new album entry altogether? How do we deal with this kind of thing?

Just make a new tracklisting, unless the songs are listed in a different order or something.
