There are some un-romanized members for which I think I've found his names in romanized form.
岡本 謙 (piccolo & flute player) = Ken Okamoto (Confirmed) Source: A page with several musicians profiles and amongst them, Ken Okamoto’s, in which it's explained that he was a member of the Siena Wind Orchestra. 中村 恵 (flute player) = Megumi Nakamura (Confirmed) Source: Her profile page in the senzou gakuen college of music, in which it's explained she was a member of the Siena Wind Orchestra. Btw, this artist is already in our database. 宮城莞爾 (oboe player) = Kanji Miyagi (Reasonably likely) First, in the booklet it's written 宮城完爾, so someone should fix that. Source: It seems that he's now a member of the Sapporo Symphony Orchestra, although I haven't found any connection with the Siena Wind Orchestra. 松元香 (clarinet player) = Kaori Matsumoto (Rather likely) Source: This artist is credited as clarinetist for a professional ad hoc orchestra that performed in a music festival. Here she’s credited (in kanji) as member of the Tokyo Clarinet Philarmony, probably related to the Tokyo New City Orchestra. No link found between this artist and the Siena Wind Orchestra, though. 津木紀一 (percussion player) = Norikazu Tsugi (Moderately likely) Source: Russian messages boards aren’t my favourite sources of information, mind you, if there is no alternative, they’re better than nothing. Well, his name is mentioned and associated with marimba performance in this message board, and bearing in mind his twitter profile description and his alias ‘starrynori’ , then this indicates that his name is surely Norikazu. 竹内洋伸 (string bass player) = Hironobu Takeuchi (Reasonably likely) Source: Nothing definitive because there are no connections with the Siena Wind Orchestra, but at least now we have a picture of this artist that can be helpful in a future. 小倉一芳 (drum player) = Kazuyoshi Ogura (Rather likely) Source: Drillspin profile and also there are other sites confirming that romanization. Anyway this artist it’s quite obscure and it’s impossible to find any link with other artists credited on the Elfaria album. I'll leave the changes to Revoc, it's his work after all. the missing accent in sièna is intentional or nobody never noticed it?

Accent's in the logo only, as a plain text (on their site) it's without it. The same on the Brass de Bravo 2 front cover art for example.

it's quite amazing because it's exactly the contrary of panzer dragoon zwei, the II only appears in the logo and it's the lame excuse used to keep the II everywhere
and you tell me that about sièna wind orchestra |
