Anyone to explain why there are 2 different "Ending Themes" ?

I don't know for certain in this case, but a lot of games have "normal" ending themes and "true" ending themes (or some other variation on that, such as "bad" ending, or "good" ending). For visual novels, I believe it's dependent on certain decisions you made during gameplay, or a particular route you took. Perhaps that's the case with the multiple ending themes for this one.
