Disc from EU physical releases (I don't own this) however I have no idea about the track order but Ubisoft might have fucked it up. User on Ubi forums just said iTunes imported the CD as

thought this looks like just a simple alphabetical order (excluding the & a articles of course), so I haven't added tracklist for the moment.

Tracklist is the same as in the digital release. The physical CD has no detailed tracklist, but I've listened both versions and tracklist is exactly the same in both version. Track duration is slightly longer on the physical CD due to the 2 second gap between tracks.
