For the record, Track 11 is a "When the World Changes -Theme of RURIKO-" remix from Shizuku. Can't really really exactly cite that as a source without composition cross referencing and the website doesn't mention it.

This track seems to only resemble the melody of the theme “Reminiscence” from Shizuku which was composed by Orito, and is also featured in the game’s true ending theme. I didn’t hear any references to Ruriko’s theme (the title “When the World Changes -Theme of RURIKO-“ was first introduced in the 2004 renewal of the visual novel).
