EDIT: Seems like this "Project RAS" was responsible for RS4's main theme (webpage archive). I would assume this means the track "Convergence" (2-24) should also be credited to them since it is essentially the same music without the intro.

Also, the music members of Project RAS:
ミナグ兄さん (Minagu Nii-san??) / Composer & Arranger --- (assuming he's the leader of the project...)
松原巧次郎 / Exclusive Chef & Bassist --- no longer on the website after March 2014 & Archive.org didn't retrieve his complete member page unfortunately.
とーま (Touma) / Main Composer & 最高技術責任者(CTO?) --- arrives to the project member page on September 2014.
大澤 亮生 / Composer, Songwriter, Genius --- changed to ハル (Haru) on September 2014 even though his/her bio is similar as before.

Garcia Sound Unit + Hiro --- Related Album. Not much else I could find, even Archive.org doesn't have much info outside of that P4 doujin.

Sprite Wing Team Black History --- Related Album w/the same 3 artists (if we assume KAL is Kalmaria). This is the only one that has "Chisa" credited, which also isn't even mentioned on their "About" page on the Sprite Wing website, so I'm assuming he/she was a guest composer/arranger. Since KAL and dieout are credited with instruments in RS4, it's possible Chisa did the composition of however many number of tracks in the game.

I haven't found anything on Shibayan's webpage suggesting he even did any music for RS4, so I wonder if some music from RS1+2+3 was reused for RS4 since he does have those credited. Or perhaps he took on this project as more of a music director/advisor role.

I'm certain the "Soichiro Yoshida" credit was a mistake. Yoichiro Yoshida's page with his High Life Jazz Orchestra credits are here (+Twitter), but nothing about RS4 is mentioned.
