The instrument credited is "Honky Tonk". I thought that referred more to a style of music than an instrument, so not sure what it actually is.

I actually took the photos on Discogs, but they always reduce the resolution by a good bit. They're not great photos, but I can crop them and put them in better resolution here.

It's a effectively a piano that has been detuned to sound like and 'old west saloon'. A good game music example, even though it's synth, is Spinich Rag from FFVI.
