Ok it seems like 2 of the tracks on the 22 listed in the Insert were omitted in the actual CD.
I don't know which tracks though. official post about it

Quite a bit later but I'm only belatedly getting around to ripping a whole bunch of otome game bonuses and ended up popping in my copy of the game to compare the in-game sound test to the CD - the missing tracks are 16 and 17, Pieces of the Puzzle and Nodding Off.
