Default SCDC-00365: SHINING FORCE Resurrection of the Dark Dragon ORIGINAL SOUND TRACKS
So, checking on this:
The entire soundtrack is all music original by Masahiko Yoshimura, except 09 and 15.
Although as someone stated that composer website Takuya Hanaoka, composed 01, that track is the "Prologue" track from original Shining Force.

Tracks 19 (A Short Break) and 21 (Catching Hold with Your Hands) don't seem to be in the original game. They may be original compositions as well.
