The tape I bought didn't come with a booklet , and I noticed the singer's name on the back was wrong.
The singer of 涙の法則 should be 屋敷 修

And I also found that this version of 宇宙刑事ギャバン is different from the Victor version. although they are both the same singer

According anison.info this cover song is sung by Ken Fujii and it's only found on this tape so it's genuine

EDIT. saw the auction, maybe the insert is the case inside. Hope

According anisonfan, probably the most western expert and collector of anime/tokusatsu cover song, he confirms he's not Ken Fujii and he seems really 屋敷 修 (Osamu Yashiki).
He said also King did the same mistake Fujii/Yashiki example on Dragon Ball opening theme cover on K25X-310, correct on some Pachi CD in this list
