It doesn't seem to be listed here, but this is not the original PS1 soundtrack as heard in the game. The instruments are different with additional bits added and non-looping ends to songs.

In short, an arrangement.

The musical numbers are pretty close, though.

It's 2023 at the time of posting so I'm unsure of what the North American release uses for the included soundtrack (https://vgmdb.net/album/132127)

It looks like there are some official products listed under the goods section of the Japanese website that label the game as "Little Princess Doll Princess of the Marl Kingdom II" in English.
