Well, the track listing in Japanese is up here on the TGS SE music promo page. I can't copy or paste it and don't have access to Japanese characters on my keyboard, so I can't add the track listing myself manually. Any takers? Its companion disc, Drive, is also missing a track listing here and is on the site as well.

Tracks 4, 8, and 10 don't include sources in the pic, which may not be intentional. 4 is clearly from Parasite Eve, but I'm not positive about 8 and 10 (maybe Neurovision and Parasite Eve II respectively).

Clear is probably from In My Own Backyard, Suzuki's first original album. As for Mist...your guess is as good as mine!

My, uh, copy of the record came without track names at all, so I have no idea. Wanted to track down my own copy of the disc and compare the liner notes to the actual disc, but no dice. I've not seen any of the TGS2015 stuff up for sale second hand or anywhere.

Track 10 is from "Parasite Eve II" (Disc1 Track02 on its soundtrack)

I'm guessing the reason why neither of the two Parasite Eve tracks mention it by name is due to copyright issues? The Parasite Eve IP isn't owned by Square, and it's these issues that are why the third game is called The 3rd Birthday.
