Uh, well, at least I was able to get these before it died again. I've marked the "Plusα" cover as alternate since my cover did not have one. I'll try to get the booklet inside (which has sheet music) and the included card up soon.

Amusing note: The front cover says the games/characters/etc are "owed" by Konami Co., Ltd. Not "owned".

This is not exactly a "reprint" of 28XA-85, it's been split up into more tracks. They did the same for VOL.2 (28XA-86/SCDC-00060) and the later one isn't marked as a reprint on here.
