The credits of Assistant Producers and a Lyric Supervisor you linked are 山本由利恵. I couldn't find a clue that 山本由利恵 and 山本ゆりえ were the same person.

That's true, there's a huge gap in credits between all these SPE Visual Works album from before 2000 to the linked albums in 2010, and even the fact that it's Sony doesn't account for it.
EDIT: I also didn't realize that the name was literally right there in the booklet all this time. My bad.
