From what I can make out using translation services, it seems as if it is the preorder bonus for buying the album from the sweeprecordshop. Anyone has any idea on how to get this? I suppose they don't ship internationally, do they?

@Don: looks like "Phonic" or "Phenix" to me.

@Kewing: I believe the bonus CD is included if you buy through mail order, regular shop or during events (the album will be prereleased at M27). But the quantities may be limited. No idea about shipping tho.
(same should apply for other SweepRecord bonus CDs).
