It seems Shade has retired from AliceSoft, citing health reasons.

Dang, that's sad news. Best wishes to him.

If I'm reading that right, he's saying that he's not retiring completely from composing, but going freelance because it'll allow him to better manage the physical strain.

Yeah, so at least he's not completely disappearing. It's still sad though. AliceSoft won't be the same without him.

It seems that since March 2017 he's working as a composer/arranger for the band Deadlift Lolita. Rekka Katakiri also performs the chorus on some of their songs.
