The track descriptions on the back cover use the usual term for insert song, 挿入歌, for a few of the pieces, but then 挿入曲 for others.
Any thoughts on if that difference of wording is significant? All the songs here are vocals, so it doesn't seem to be that 曲 is indicating an instrumental. 曲 can mean both vocal and non-vocal tracks. I've never seen an "insert instrumental" though, so I guess they're the same thing here.
