Changed title according to scans available; back cover shows clearly " Out Zone • Snow Bros. " with " /Toaplan "

I think this have been discussed before.
Most (if not all) of the PCCB catalog use that presentation "title / company" and we'r not using it.

Yeah some album with PCCB catalog have, some not have the form "/ company".
So what we do? Escluding the addition company title, we have Out Zone • Snow Bros. and not the previous incorrect Out Zone / Snow Bros. since the slash doesn't come from the booklet/cover

Edit: correct now

I've never seen this interpunct in VGMdb, probably because that interpunct is not the sort that Japanese would use; someone specifically pointed this out to me on jp.wiki one day. I've replaced it with the one that editor gave me, which I also see around here.

Well, they seem to use this interpunct (•) in the English title on the spine, visible in the back scan, and the other one (・) in the Japanese title on the other spine.

Here's an example where both are used:

Also, all of these dual Pony Canyon albums are like this. The real question is whether we really should be mixing some of the uglier interpuncts (like ・, with its screwed-up spacing) in with our English titles at all. I'd rather go with a slash than that.

I say we should settle for a style—slash or interpunct/point—and then add whatever name(s) appear in the spine/obi/front/back/whatever as alternate title(s) using either "Line 2" or "Line 4+" of the "Album Titles" field.
