There are some credits on the booklet that i can't translate.. probably musicians & other vocal credits. (?)
I haven't linked the artists for that reason.

Are you sure you'r not just watching credits for the first track ?
EX: I am missing credits for track 04 (booklet p. 05-06) for the 2nd Electric Guitar artist. What is the role of ATSUMI on track 04? What is "BGV" on track 02 ?

一樹 could be Ikki not sure about BGV, maybe Back Ground Vocal

BGV is Background Vocal Sorry, I couldn't read the name of the 2nd guitarist.

Guitarist could also be "Kazuki." There's a guitarist by that name who's part of the band BugLug, but I don't know if he's the same guy who performed on this album: http://ameblo.jp/buglug-kazuki/.
