I was watching the TEKKEN Club Night stream the other night, and I just remembered that Nobuyoshi played HeadShaker there. He only seemed to play tracks that he composed himself, so I'm pretty sure that track is his work. I guess he should still only be credited as an arranger though?

"ポールのミラクル大崩拳" refers to the "Heavy Power Punch" ("崩拳,") a move that can be preformed by Paul, Wang and Heihachi. Paul's version of it is especially deadly and is referred to as the "Phoenix Smasher" in most English command lists.

"九龍目／クーロンズアイ" appears to be a reference to the film, "Police Story 2." The film stars Jackie Chan who Lei Wulong himself was based on. Apparently when Police Story 2 was initially released in Japan in was titled "クーロンズ・アイ" and then later changed to "ポリス・ストーリーツー/九龍の眼" when it was released on video.
