I figured this should be a child album, since it has the identical number of tracks and the identical track times.
The disc says "Published by Lace Mamba Global, LTD.", so I put that as the publisher. However, I'm unsure if that was a reference to the game of the actual soundtrack CD.

Yep, in this case Lace Mamba is the publisher for both: game & OST CD.
It is in general a publisher for the retail version of the game in UK, while all the previous digital versions were published by the developers themselves - Coffee Stain Studios. Reference: Amazon.co.uk & Gamefaqs
