6 discs? This one is the biggest Sonic soundtrack yet!! I guess we will see, i mean, listen to variants of same track, much like phantasy star series.

Honestly, I'm very much expecting there to be a lot of bloat from reused songs from the series, plus jingles, cutscene themes, and alternate takes.

The Epson V600.
But he didn't just scan the entire booklet horizontally, he scanned each single page vertically, one by one, and then combined them together in Photoshop (though it can also be done in paint.net, GIMP, Affinity Photo, etc).
Pretty much the same way I do all my scans now.

As it's not an A3 it's going to be ridiculously time consuming (on auto or manual merge), especially since this one is glued together.
