Just finished listening to this, and I was familiar with the arcade version, so it was nothing new.
Then, Neo-Geo CD version appears. They managed to trainwreck every track, it wasn't an easy task but they worked hard and the result is fantastic, a real fantastic wreck.
I know this was 1994 and they had to show off the CD with high quality samples, real instruments, vocals and whatever, but boy, it was painful listening to the end.
Also, the music is too loud and the voice is too low/whispering, but track 07 (France Stage) appropriately has a woman speak in French near the end. I can only hear the last part properly (À cause de toi something something). My guess is, it comes from a movie or some song, it sounds too fluent and native to be something they made up for the album.
