I've identified a minor issue with your draft and notes (also found some of your other submissions):

Hiroto Kohmoto (as Koumotokun)

If the artist is credited under a different name, then an alias should be created for it. You shouldn't link it to the main name or write it like that in the notes. You can submit a new alias from the artist page (Edit -> Add Alias). The credit should then be linked to that alias.
