I'm not sure it's the same 池田多恵子, it's the page of a mangaka who started working in 1990, but the Crystal☆Dragon album dates from 1984.

At the time (it was one of my first submissions), I had taken this romanization from the "Pelican Road II" album (from 1984 too), but there's no source there either:

On the other hand it's well the mangaka Taeko Ikeda who wrote the lyrics of 3 songs for Tonde Boorin according to Wikipedia:
